CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Online Marketing company with regional offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a creative Marketing Manager with strong analytical skills, to join their team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Set goals for marketing campaigns and meet them.
• Create, execute, manage, and review marketing campaigns.
• Keep all the media channels up to date.
• Manage the Marketing Team.
• Work closely together with other teams to optimize marketing and retention.
• Report to the CMO.
• Use analytics tools to find and grab opportunities for improvement.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• University Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Native fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of html.
• Very creative and always looking for new ways to improve processes and results.
• Eager to keep learning about marketing and the business.
