The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability for high quality deliverables working as part of a team of specialists, to often tight deadlines. An ability and willingness to travel within and outside Cyprus is a must as are strong references (academic and professional).
The role assumes a minimum of three years experience in a similar capacity within an IT environment. It is expected that the chosen professional will be able to demonstrate an understanding of security and networking
technologies, and work to often tight deadlines, across numerous simultaneous projects, in a very dynamic environment.

Understanding of the technical security implications and needs for Windows NT/2000/2003/xp, Linux, Solaris operating systems
• Good understanding of networking design principles and protocols
• Good understanding of Layer 2, Layer 3 and Layer 4-7 networking concepts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Hands-on experience in implementation and/or operation of one or more security technologies

• Certifications in any of Internet Security Systems, Check Point, and/or CISCO technologies will be considered a significant advantage.
The position reports to the Technology Risk Solutions Director and requires a confident and experienced professional with an ability to work in a dynamic environment as part of a team of highly focused security engineers and consultants.
