Tiebreak Holdings Ltd is seeking to recruit an energetic Corporate Lawyer to join its team in Nicosia.

Required Qualifications
  • Qualification, skills & experience requirements:
  • Law degree;
  • A lawyer who has a minimum 3-5 years of experience;
  • Experienced in the financial services or other related industry and regulated environment;
  • Excellent command of the English & Greek language, an additional language would be advantageous;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment;
  • Ability to research, review and create legal documents and procedures;
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Self-Motivated and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Other Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice to the Company and ensuring the legality of the Company’s business practices and the Company’s compliance with applicable rules and regulations;
  • Serving as the legal support in relation to intellectual property (brand names, trademarks) issues;
  • Researching and assessing the impact of forthcoming regulations issued on national, European and international level;
  • Drafting, revising, negotiating and concluding any type of legal agreements;
  • Liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and international governmental or other authorities;
  • Liaising with External Legal consultants;
  • Developing Company policies on an array of matters;
  • Becoming involved in any ad-hoc projects and provide advice accordingly;
  • Assist the corporate legal team and undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s and its Group business.
