Our ASP firm is interested in hiring an experienced Corporate Administrator/ Assistant Corporate Administrator.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, execute and process documents such as board resolutions, agreements, power of attorney and annual returns.

• Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies • Dealing with compliance and client due diligence.

• Identify and implement improvements to client service delivery where agreed.

• Inform the management regarding any important issues on the client portfolio.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.

• Identify opportunities and share knowledge with other team members.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.

• Using your own judgment to bring to the attention of management any issues which you feel appropriate, in particular ensuring that concerns and identified risks are reported in a timely and effective manner.

• Work closely with the corporate and accounting teams, supporting each other to meet client needs.

• Ensure successful implementation of changes which improve operational practices, as agreed with the Client Service Director.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Excellent command of English / Russian both spoken and written. Greek language is a plus, but not mandatory

• At least three years’ experience in Corporate Services Sector as a Corporate Administrator

• Higher degree in Economics, business administration, finance or relevant bill be considered as significant advantage

• Multitasking ability

• Evidence of commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions.

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good communication skills.
