On behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding Law Firm, with offices in the Limassol, we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Corporate Lawyer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Overlook the important tasks carried out in the corporate administration department
• Draft and review legal agreements and opinions
• Liaise directly with clients and provide legal advice relevant to corporate queries    
• Participate in the structuring and restructuring of clients companies both locally and internationally 
• Report directly to the managing partner of the firm 
• Overlook AML and KYC procedures 
• Liaise with governmental departments about legal matters and procedures
• Carry out other duties in line with your status of a Corporate Lawyer 

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate department 
• University Law Degree
• Bar License an advantage  
• Fluent in English
