Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work in a reputable investment company. As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for communicating with potential affiliates and leads and carry out all the negotiations of the first deals. You will work closely with an amazing marketing and sales team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.
- Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and commission structures for the affiliate program.
- Analyze and improve affiliate program activities to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
Requirements
- An in-depth knowledge of Forex affiliates markets
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
- Experience in affiliate commission types (CPA, CPI, CPL etc.)
- Proven track record in previous role
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- A good understanding of tracking technology and mobile advertising.
- Comfortable working in a Start-up Ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree
