Job Description
Our client offers trading and investment services in multiple languages throughout the world. They allow investors to access a range of markets and trade various financial instruments, including Forex, indices, equities, bonds, and commodities. They have offices in Limassol and London and they are CySEC and FCA licensed. They are currently looking to fill the position of Head of Marketing – the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in online marketing within the FX industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing team effectively to maximize their potential
- Arranging staff work activities, and prioritizing in order to meet deadlines
- Help drive the sales for the company's products and services
- Co-ordinate the creation of all marketing materials for the various brands of the company
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and establish the need for change where needed
- Determine cost effective and low cost opportunities for marketing
- Liaise with media contacts and promote the activities, news and various events of the company
- Arrange for website updates to be carried out, company news section updated, events are promoted and banners and promotions are effective.
- Adhering to tight deadlines
- Think of creative and effective slogans and images along with the rest of the sales team, to use in marketing campaigns
- Sign off of marketing team financial promotions
- Gaining Compliance approval all financial promotions
- Maintenance of financial promotions register and approvals records
- Offshore manage people in UK office
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent English Language Skills, additional language will be considered a plus
- Relevant Degree in Marketing, Economics
- Marketing experience of at least 2 years in FX or Financial Services
