On behalf of our client, a Limassol based company we are seeking to recruit for the position of Personal Assistant:
Main Duties:
Greeting and acting as a first point of contact at the reception area
Handling email correspondence and phone calls
Maintaining the director’s agenda
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the area
Handle office supplies
May be required to gather corporate information for the opening of bank accounts etc.
Managing petty cash and relevant expenses
May be required to notarize and submit documents to the local authorities
Requirements:
Very good command of the Greek and English Languages
Russian language an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
Ability to liaise with suppliers and other providers
Valid driver’s license
