An online affiliate marketing firm, is looking to hire a passionate Personal Assistant for their online media division. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of our marketing and campaign efforts. We are seeking an extremely driven, quick-learning, and detail-oriented individual.
What you will do:
- Coordination and monitoring of the senior management's daily routines.
- Welcome and treatment of guests.
- Drawing up and correcting letters, documents, reports, reports and agreements.
- Managing and handling mail.
- Classify and archive incoming and outgoing documents.
- Undertaking of telephone and electronic communications.
- Managing travel reservations for the company's employees (usually executives or department managers).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English - a MUST
- Fluency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic bookkeeping experience
- Positive and pleasant personality.
