Job Description
On behalf of our client, a well-established affiliate company, we are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager. The Affiliate Manager will be managing existing relationships with high-profile publishing partners as well as building new business relationships, coordinate marketing solutions for top brands, analyze campaign performance, and create digital performance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within the FX, online gaming or similar industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates
- Recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to advertiser team
- Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
- Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
- Represent Dedicated Media at industry conferences
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
- Teach and mentor junior level team members on affiliate marketing
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
Requirements
- Previous experience as an affiliate account manager - A must.
- Experience from /Forex/options/gaming - A must.
- Internet savvy, understanding of online media, PPC, social media - a must
- Sales oriented and strong negotiation skills - a must
- English - very high level - A must.
- Previous experience in sales - A big advantage.
- Any other language - an advantage.
- The candidate should have High analytical skills, independent and a fast learner.
