Golden Careers is now working closely with a marketing & digital creative agency. Our client’s team consists of talented designers, skilled coders and hard-working marketers who work with the goal to deliver exceptional services that drive their clients’ business forward.
They are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing to add to their team that will bring value to their existing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.
- Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and commission structures for the affiliate program.
- Oversee all affiliate campaigns including budgeting and planning, provision of resources in collaboration with the marketing team, and delivery/performance reporting.
- Analyze and improve affiliate program activities to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
Requirements
- An in-depth knowledge of Forex affiliates markets
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
- Experience in affiliate commission types (CPA, CPI, CPL etc.)
- Proven track record in previous role
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- A good understanding of tracking technology and mobile advertising.
- Comfortable working in a Start-up Ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree
