Job Description
Our client is a company that provides affiliates and marketers with all the resources they need to monetize on their traffic channels. With a highly motivated team with years of experience in affiliate marketing and support, they are growing continuously and are currently in need of adding more motivated professionals to their team. They are currently looking for a Brokers Manager – a critical role in building relationships with all company Brokers clients. He/She will also be responsible to ensure client satisfaction, be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales, represent the company and interact with clients and responsible for achieving sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage clients' accounts portfolio by selling leads.
- Achieve clients account objectives
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships from end to end, once a sale is made
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to any queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential customers and negotiation of deals to maximize profits
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in Account Management of international customers – A must
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - A Must
- Previous sales experience – A Must
- Excellent computer skills; Excel, MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in an Internet, Media, Online Gaming or Forex Industry- an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work well under pressure.
- High business and service orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented
