Summary position objective:
· Responsible for the incorporation of Companies in various jurisdictions, as well as the execution of changes in its structure and submitting these to the Registrar of Companies. Coordinate with clients to provide all information related to their company registration; obtain due diligence and open bank accounts on their behalf.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Handle formation and registration of Companies based on the internal process;
· Liaise with the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus; prepare and submit HE forms with necessary applications and changes;
· Deal with the execution of changes in the structure of Companies (shareholding, directorship, share capital);
· Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation and carry out due diligence on clients;
· Review and comment on transaction and /or legal documents from the Cyprus Law perspective;
· Draft Instruments of Transfer and submit changes to the Registrar of Companies;
· Communicate to clients all information related to their Company registration: corresponding requests, issues, updates, changes to Company structure, etc.;
· Upload in the Quorum software all Companies’ relevant information and further changes related to the structure;
· Issue invoices and relevant receipts;
· Communicate with local and international banks and prepare documents they need to be submitted;
· Open bank accounts on behalf of the Clients, both in Cyprus and in foreign jurisdictions;
· Open Companies in foreign jurisdictions;
· Translate articles, memos and newsletters, from English to Russian;
· Reply to enquiries of potential Russian clients from Offshore wealth;
· Maintain on file all Companies’ documents and keep these up-to-date, in both soft and hard copy;
· Stay informed of the latest industry news and solutions for clients, as well as world business news and trends;
· Attend related exhibitions, conferences and networking events as and when required, for business continuity;
· Travel to foreign countries as and when required for business development;
· Perform any other duty as required for the flow of business and smooth teamwork.
Working hours:
· Monday to Friday as follows: 08:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:30.
Background and education:
· A holder of a University Degree will be considered as advantage;
· 3 to 4 years experience in a similar position of corporate administration;
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point;
· Excellent Russian, Greek and English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
Work experience:
· Minimum experience: At least three years in liaising with clients to form and open companies and accounts;
· Maximum experience: Five years in liaising with clients to form and open companies and accounts.
