Job Description
Our client is a well-established and reputable software provider with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking for a Secretary for the company’s senior Management. The ideal candidate will be an individual with experience in a similar role, business/corporate representative personality and appearance and excellent organizational skills. The company offers an attractive remuneration package for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining the Management’s time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments;
- Answering and redirecting phone calls;
- Welcoming guests and assisting the Management with daily administrative tasks;
- Handling all office correspondence;
- Making travel arrangements for the personnel (VISA applications, airline, car rental, hotel, etc.);
Requirements
- University/College Degree;
- Fluent spoken/written English and excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;
- Experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or similar position is a most, not less than 3 years;
- Very well organized, applicability with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Business/corporate representative personality and appearance;
- No visa/work permit problems.
