CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies operating in the Commercial Real Estate Sector, we are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic & capable candidate for the position of Executive Marketing Manager to be based in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Executive Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns & events.
- Responsible for all the Social Media Content management.
- Managing all Events and schedule them accordingly.
- Supervising the marketing agency.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and activation.
- Manage day-to-day engagement on social media platforms.
- Proactively build & manage relationships with mall tenants.
- Demonstrate passion for company mission, values, products and community.
- Head the PR operations of the company.
- Ensure that proper budget allocation procedures and systems are operated and maintained.
- Setup/establish and monitor internal controls.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Relevant Degree to the field of marketing and/or advertising and preferably holder of an MBA.
- At least 6 years’ previous experience in a leading advertisement agency or in a similar position.
- Previous work experience with International brands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media usage.
- Fluent in English and Greek (other languages would be considered an advantage).
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems under pressure.
- Ability to supervise, and manage the smooth operation of the Marketing Budget and Marketing Operations.
