Job Description

Our client, an Insurance Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor Campaigns Team for their team in Limassol. The company as a clear, transparent and strict working environment with high quality standards and lots of opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

Presenting, Promoting and Selling The Company's products face-to-face and over the telephone, through the evaluation of customer needs

Participating in outbound campaigns aiming to promote and sell company products

Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints efficiently and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one

Assisting policyholder in understanding the covers they have or wish to obtain through transparency and promoting additional products to them while developing strong customer relationships 

Requirements:

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar

Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage

Experience in customer service and sales

Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales

Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)

Ability to work under pressure

Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills

Proven Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)

The working hours are office hours
