CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm, we are seeking to recruit a Client On-boarding Analyst to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Processing of applications for the opening of new client’s accounts.
- Amendment of existing Client Accounts (i.e. with new documents, updated information etc.).
- Execution of customers account establishment, maintenance and closure procedures.
- Execution of customer Identification procedures.
- Validation of client documentation (i.e. through World Check etc.).
- Keeping client records (i.e. ID documents, Know Your Client information) in electronic form.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- 1+ years of previous experience in a similar position is essential within a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously, but also as part of a team.
- Very good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Fluency in reading and writing in English, plus one additional language.
- Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.
