Job Description

Our client is, a boutique corporate services provider, is looking to recruit committed, vibrant, highly motivated, career minder professionals to join its expanding offices in Limassol for the position of a:

Russian Speaking Office Manager / Corporate Administrator 

Main Duties:

·         Translations of the documents (Russian-English -Russian)

·         Handling various corporate and banking forms etc.

·         Making on-line banking payments

·         Arranging corporate filing

·         DHL handling

·         Order Office stationery

·         Order kitchen and cleaning products for the office

Minimum Requirements:

·         Native Russian / Fluent English

·         At least 2 years of relevant administration experience

·         Computer Literate with MS Office Applications

·         Excellent communicating and organizing skills
