Our client is a fast- working, CySEC regulated investment firm that is currently looking for an individual with a strong Compliance background that will take the role of the Executive Director of the firm. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and implementing strategy aiming at the development of the company's business
• To lead, review, monitor and guide the company's compliance policies and regulatory reporting
• Member of the board of directors and the senior management team of the company
• To prepare and/or monitor the preparation of any compliance reports

• University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field
• Experience in a Director's role within a CIF entity (regulated by CySec)
• Knowledge and experience in the broader compliance sector
• At least 2 years’ experience within a CIF entity
• Experience in preparing compliance policies and reports
