JOB BRIEF
The company is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Web Designer to drive and execute quality design concepts and solutions. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding creative acumen and impressive conceptual design skills, demonstrating high-level experience in delivering creative designs that promote the Company’s branding. Reporting to the Digital Director, they will be responsible for the conceptualization, production, and delivery of high impact creative solutions, including but not limited to brand and marketing campaigns and collaterals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and produce scalable creatives for all marketing collaterals and brand campaigns, including but not limited to websites, case studies, eDeliverables, digital and print ads, visual displays, brochures, videos, events/trade shows, and other marketing assets
- Generate original design concepts to creatively illustrate branded content and advertise key propositions of the Company’s products and services
- Translate brand, marketing, communications and digital requirements into creative concepts and designs
- Liaise closely with the Digital Lead on creative requirements to produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create original graphics, illustrations and infographics
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Maintain brand consistency throughout brand and marketing projects
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a web designer
- BSc in Interaction Design, Visual Arts, and/or relevant subjects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating impactful graphic design and typography skills with sensitivity to a diverse range of audiences
- Excellent understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing
- A strong understanding of UX/UI design and wireframes
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong understanding or proficiency in coding skills (HTML, CSS3, JavaScript)
