EuropeFX is seeking to recruit a full-time German Speaking Customer Support Agent. The candidate will have overall responsibility of providing after-sales support to clients with the highest level of service. Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is a must.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
- Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
- Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
- Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and German language – written & verbal
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills (Polish and English) – written & verbal
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Forex industry
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MT4 platform
- IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
