Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
-Resolve product related issues
-Resolve complaints by customers
-Works closely with the Compliance team
-Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
-Negotiate with customers
Requirements:
-Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
-Fluency in English/Italian verbal and written is a must
-Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
-Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
-Customer service skills
-Dynamic and Organized personality
