Limassol
Our client, a fast-growing Mobile Development Company in Limassol is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Improve all steps of customer journey: brand awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, monetization
Propose hypothesis, setup and execute hypothesis testing, measure and report results
Plan, design, and execute user acquisition campaigns
Plan, design, and execute community marketing campaigns in coordination with game events/release schedule
Interact directly with users via tech support tools, official game Facebook page, email newsletter etc.
Provide valuable feedback from users community to development team
Work in collaboration with development and marketing teams to create all kind of marketing materials (game screenshots and trailers, ad video/banners/texts, graphic assets and posts for SMM, creatives for special events and sales).
Work with translation agency to improve localization
Establish and improve relationship with marketing partners (ad monetization networks, ad tracking solutions, translation agencies, platforms representatives etc)
Skills
EU-citizenship / work permit
Excellent Russian and English skills are a must
At least 2 years marketing experience
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Prepared to work out of core hours when required
Well-developed organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to properly use, maintain and take care of work related materials and equipment
The working hours are 9am - 6pm
The company offers a salary of 1,000 - 1,500 Euros gross per month
