Job Description

Our client is a well established Cysec regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are currently recruiting for an experienced individual in the role of Head of Back Office.   

Head of Back Office 

The position will be responsible for: 

Supervising the process of opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company's policies and procedures; performing account openings when necessary and accurately recording clients' information and documents in the Company's record systems 

Supervising the deposits and withdrawals process and performing the tasks of this process when necessary 

Performing basic bookkeeping duties and any other finance related duties in regards to clients or company payments 

Ensuring that all clients' information is up to date at any time in the company's databases; being able to produce reports based on different criteria at any time 

Liaising with the company's Compliance and AML Officer for the approval of the client account opening 

Providing assistance to the company's Risk Manager, AML Compliance officer and other executives for preparing regulatory reports 

Draft and implement all policies and procedures to be followed by the back office 

Assist in updating and improving department and company systems for improving activity efficiency 

Other ad-hoc duties as per managements' request 

The ideal candidate will have the following features: 

Fluent in English is a must 

University Degree or any other relevant qualification 

Experience in a similar position for 1-2 years minimum (as Head) 

Knowledge of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Knowledge of CySec regulations, CySec qualification an advantage 

Good communication skills, very good team player 

Characteristics of integrity discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability 

Paying attention to detail, proactive character 

The candidates should be able to provide references on request.
