Our client, a CySec Regulated Online Trading Broker located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Back Office Manager to be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Back Office operation.
Responsibilities:
Back office management, ensuring smooth operation
Directly involved with the day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to documentation, KYC, deposits & withdrawals
Back office team training and performance management
To closely work with the finance and customer support departments to enhance the Back Office operation
Maintaining internal systems and processes and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
To effectively handle all client issues relating to the Back Office operation
To report and analyse Back Office activity and propose changes as and when needed
To oversee and control client activity ensuring compliance with company procedures
To ensure that internal service standards regarding deposit and withdrawal timelines are achieved
To reduce or eliminate error margin for all deposits & withdrawals
Requirements:
Degree, in Economics, Finance or other related filed
Experience in a financial organization in a supervisory/management role
In depth knowledge of a Back Office operation
Compliance and regulatory knowledge in an EU regulated environment
Excellent people management skills
Excellent Business Writing skills
Analytical skills
Time management skills
Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
