CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established provider of Corporate Services with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their expanding team.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Review and preparation of different corporate documents (Contracts, Agreements, SHA, SPA, Resolutions, POA's, M&AA, Registers, Trusts, etc).
- Preparation, Amendment and Review of different legal documents subject for execution by legal entities.
- Following and Complying with KYC and AML procedures according to the applicable laws.
- Acting as professional director/secretary/nominee shareholder or in any other position as required by the company.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Experience in excess of 4 years as a lawyer in a reputable law firm.
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken). Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Computer literacy – MS Office.
- Interested in working as part of a dedicated team.
- Client service oriented.
- Solution oriented.
- Outstanding analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- High professional standards and work ethics.
