CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established provider of technology solutions to companies across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a bright and ambitious Systems & Network Engineer to be based in Nicosia.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be part of a team that will implement and support infrastructure solutions for clients. The team is involved in various IT areas such as network solutions (routing, firewalls, UTM deployments), server deployments (Windows/Linux), Active Directory implementations, mail server’s installation and maintenance, Terminal Services, Storage systems and Antivirus deployments etc.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop & Server Operating Systems including Active Directory.
- Solid knowledge in networking.
- Knowledge on setup & deployment of networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Working knowledge of VMware, Cisco & WatchGuard Firewalls and experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
- University / College Degree in the field of IT/Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages verbal & written.
- Driver’s license.
- Be a team player and integrate easily with the rest of the team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
