Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol is looking to hire a fluent English speaking, experienced project manager for their team in Nicosia. The project manager is primarily responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of projects, from proposals and presentations to the final installation of the artwork. Although not directly involved in creative work, the project manager guides and ensures the smooth organization of the workflow of each project's creative team.
Responsibilities:
Managing all steps of a project including:
Defining scope of works (schedule, budget, specifications) with Sales and the project team
Preparation of all project materials such as organization of architectural drawings and documents
Scheduling and monitoring working hours of the team to insure effective allocation of resources
Actively tracking profitability of projects based on the working hours and adjusting team hours as needed
Delivery of presentations by coordinating with Sales and Creative Team
Coordination with vendors and suppliers to get artwork framed, shipped, and installed
Coordination with the accounts team to ensure proper financial controls and payments
Overseeing quality checks and monitoring throughout the process to ensure the successful completion of projects
Clear, concise, comprehensive, and appropriate communication with Clients
Ensuring on-time, successful delivery of projects
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management-related jobs
Be able to inspire and push project teams to deliver excellent results on tight deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Being able to manage multiple, complex projects
Experienced and effective in high-pressure situations - Interested in art (although no expertise necessary)
Fluent in English (writing included)
Comfortable communicating on telephone and by email with clients, providing exceptional and polite service
Prior knowledge of the following is essential: Microsoft Excel (including advanced features)and G Suite (Google Sheets and Docs)
Prior knowledge of the following would be useful: Project Management software (Asana, Trello, Wrike, Dapulse, Toggl) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign)
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 10am till 6.30pm
The salary is dependent on experience plus medical insurance
