Are you looking for a challenging job as a CRM Manager? Then Dialmarketing Services is looking for you! You will be in charge of CRM for our customer platforms. In this role you will work closely together with the rest of the Marketing Team to create a CRM strategy that will make and keep both our new and existing clients happy.

What will you be doing?
In this position you will:
· Set and achieve the CRM targets
· Set and manage the CRM budget, and make sure invoices are paid on time
· Develop and implement the CRM strategy to increase the lifetime client value across our various platforms
· Expand our retention program worldwide
· Work closely together with other members of our Marketing Team in order to maximize the results of all marketing efforts combined
· Constantly monitor and improve the effectiveness of our CRM strategy
· Make sure the client experience is always at the maximum level
· Keep up with in-depth knowledge on the market, competition, and regulations

· Has experience in email marketing
· Knows how to set up creative promotions (with proven experience)
· Knows how to work with the Optimove system
· Has a hands-on mentality and shows initiative
· Can work independently and takes responsibility
· Has a keen understanding of the principles of Customer Relationship Management
· Has experience in data analysis and reporting of promotional performance
· Possesses multi-tasking and time-management skills
· Always keeps the core values of our platforms in mind in external communication
· Is not afraid to take initiative to improve online communication
· Is fluent in the English language
