Job Description
We are looking for a snacks/pizza maker to make thin crust pizzas and artisanal snacks in a wood fired oven. Our ideal candidate is a team player who has great customer service skills and enjoys working in a fun, lively, artisan and fast paced environment. We want to work with individuals that enjoy taking on responsibility, take pride in their work and are looking to grow with us.
Job responsibilities:
· Production of thin crust pizzas and artisanal snacks in a wood fired oven.
· Prepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting all vegetables and preparing dough.
· Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items.
· Evaluate all food requirements and maintain standard level and quantity for same at all times.
· Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces.
Qualifications:
· Efficient and detail oriented.
· Able to Multi-task under pressure.
· Previous experience in a relevant position.
· Previous experience with Wood Oven will be considered as an advantage.
· Outclass communication and customer service skills
