Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Key responsibilities of the position:
· Managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
· Communicating with clients mainly over the phone and emails on a daily basis
· Introducing, presenting and promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing clients
· Retaining and reactivating clients and following up on any client matter
· Providing guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system
· Keeping clients up to date with financial market conditions and major economic announcements
· Keeping clients up to date with current offers
· Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
· Identifying new VIP clients prospects
· Evaluating and understanding customer needs and formulating the best possible solution
· Reporting detailed and accurate data in all internal systems
· Developing a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis
· Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening account and verifying customer’s information and documents
· Other duties as assigned
Job requirements and competencies:
· Languages:
Native in Swedish
Fluent in English
· University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or a related field
· Previous sales or account management experience within the financial sector will be considered an advantage
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Computer literate
· Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
· Ability to work under pressure and reaching personal sales targets
· Ability to multi task
· High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
· The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
