Pay rate

€12,000 per annum depending on skill set and number of hours worked

Job purpose

As the Content Manager you will be responsible for managing and editing content along with the  timely delivery and immaculate storage of all Musion Events Content and marketing assets to include past footage, present, ongoing work and all future projects.

Duties and responsibilities

Managing, Creating and Editing Content:

Managing Content:

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Archiving and maintaining the Content Catalogue to prevent duplication and loss of assets. You will also be responsible for the offsite backup and monthly maintenance/uploads.

·         The content Catalogue should be updated on a quarterly basis and communicated to the sales team that new additions have been made. This in turn should be communicated to our resellers where required for their yearly updates on their players.

·         Keeping the company Dropbox account organised following the predefined Dropbox structure and naming convention.

Editing Content:

·         Your responsibilities will include:

·         Creating sizzle reels and social media content with the Marketing Manager.

·         Editing marketing videos.

·         Basic post-production editing on small budget film shoots.

·         Animation of Logos and creating show reels for our smaller Holoboxes.

·         Editing and updating the website using Wordpress.

Film Post-Production:

Working alongside the Production Manager to manage external companies in their postproduction work. Ensuring all deadlines are met and that we are on course for a flawless delivery.

This will involve:

·              Feedback and testing of clips to the Post House.

·              Encoding and Management of Players.

Sales and Marketing:

Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

·         Creating and designing Templates, Brochures, Exhibition Stands & PowerPoint Presentations along with any other marketing activities you may be asked to support.

·         Updating and maintaining the website content such as creating new pages, adding content and template elements, updating the front page 

·         Keeping the company vimeo account up to date and uploading new clips.

·         Support the sales team by providing marketing material as and when needed.

General

·         Support your colleagues wherever necessary in busy times.

·         Ensure that you have implemented and documented any processes and procedures that fall into your domain.

·         Have a positive and can do attitude with the ability to think outside the box.

Required Qualifications

Educated to degree level with experience in Post Production and Animation.

From time to time the company may require you to learn new skills and this will be a combination of in house training,  self- learning both in and out of work time and training courses provided by external suppliers.

Other Requirements

The position is based in Cyprus however, it may be necessary from time to time to travel to both customer and event locations either in the UK or overseas.

As it is a freelance position it requires that you use your own equipment such as laptop/PC/MAC and editing software required to edit videos, images, power point presentations and PDF brochures.

You may be required to meet the Marketing Manager / Sales Manager once per week at a location TBC.
