Our client a CIF broker in the process of aquiring a license by CySEC is looking for an experienced back office and AML Compliance Officer. The company will deal with HNWI that engage in heavy trading activity globally. The duties include the following:
Handle and process Clients’ Trading Agreements Implement KYC procedure to all potential Clients.
Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider.
Update existing Client Accounts (Documents and update Information)
Update client’s accounts (Leverage, Fees and Password) on the company software.
Processing Daily Transactions and Support on Live Trading Accounts.
Provide customer service through phone and live chats and assisting clients with general Inquiries.
Process client deposits via the various payment methods onto the company software.
Process trading and other information to the company accounting software.
Liaise with CySEC and banks on AML and compliance issue
Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Fluency in Greek and English.
More than 5 years’ experience in the financial services sector and at least three (3) years’ experience in a Cyprus Investment Firm (Back Office) is a must.
