Job Description

We are looking for a professional Officer of Client Administration Department to assist in servicing the day-to-day needs of the users of our Fintech application and building strong working relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

·       Support our Partners/customers at both the day-to-day and higher levels. Answer general questions about how the service works and resolve client issues promptly via live chat and email;

·       Process KYC verification for potential and existing Clients;

·       Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and how our clients and partners fit in;

·       Elicit partner feedback to act as internal advocate for our partners;

·       Keep open communication between the departments to resolve listing issues;

·       Communicate regularly with the customers to evaluate satisfaction;

Performing other tasks related to client administration department provided by Head of client administration department    

Required Qualifications

·       BA degree;

·       Significant work experience, preferably in a financial account/client management, business development or analyst role;

·       At least one year experience within the forex industry preferably in a customer support position;

·       Ability to work 24/7 shift;

·       Understanding of the competitive landscape and how our clients and partners fit in;

·       Business proficiency in English is required;

·       Thoughtful but also action-oriented; can take direction and quickly translate it into results;

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time;

·       The ability to listen to client and team needs and find solutions;

·       Great project management and time management skills;

·       Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and patience to work through complex issues;

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

·       Excellent problem-solving skills;
