On behalf of our client, a Regulated Forex Company, we are looking for experienced, self-motivated and proactive German/Spanish/Italian/Russian/Arabic speakers to join the Sales Department for their offices based in Limassol.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contact new/existing clients on regular basis to keep/build the long lasting relations and to ensure high level of satisfaction of the clients.
· Develop and maintain the knowledge of new and existing products of the company to provide best services and training to the new and existing clients.
· Focus on possibility to increase the business coming from existing clients and explore the innovative Ideas to refer new clients to the company.
· Follow up with feedbacks and queries of the clients on daily/routine basis.
· Develop the ability to co-operate with other departments to get work done efficiently and politely.
PROFILE:
· Minimum 1 year sales experience in forex is a MUST
· Fluent in German/Spanish/Italian/Russian and English, knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage
· Outstanding communication skills
· Dynamic, innovative and target-oriented
