TOPFX is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in Prime Brokerage Services. Due to expansion of our operations, our company is seeking to recruit a dynamic person who will be responsible for managing and operating the Funds Distribution department and will report directly to the CEO.
Job Description:

Managing the legal framework upon which the Fund Distribution product will operate for Germany, ensuring compliance with the relevant law

Attend conferences and expos, conduct presentations about the funds distribution product
-
Create all necessary terms and conditions, agreements, risk warnings and any other legal document needed
-
Reviewing existing and new applicable regulations, advise how these are affecting the office’s operations
-
Do basic suitability and viability analysis for the department
-
Review the requirements of the software built ensuring compliance with the law
-
Work closely with the Head of Compliance in overseeing compliance procedures and advise on risk management
-
Dealing with client complaints and legal matters related to compliance
-
Set up and manage relationships with external vendors required for the product’s operations

Developing the business

Hiring and growing the team required for the product
-
Bachelor degree from a reputable University in Finance/ Economics/ Law/ Business or related field
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance matters as well as strong knowledge of relevant regulations

Be experienced with conferences, expos and product presentations
-
2+ years of experience in the Funds industry (ETFs / Unit Trusts / OEIC / Index Funds / Equity Funds / UCITS / AIF)
-
Excellent research skills

Native German speaker with professional level of English required
