CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International R&D company that develops cutting-edge technology solutions, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Product Owner to join their operations in Limassol.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of a Product Owner in an agile environment.
- Understand goals, mission and/or project deliverable
- Establish close relationships with the customers and stakeholders.
- Groom the Product Backlog and define priorities aligned with company strategy.
- Clearly communicate the business requirements to the Agile Team.
- Communicate product status, key issues and release time-lines to stakeholders.
- Management of clients to understand needs and requirements and adapt the solution in accordance with those requirements and stand within the limits of the proposal compliance.
- Product management to help them define new product features, perform feasibility analysis and delivery estimation from technical standpoint.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an R&D environment, including at least 4 years of Product Owner/Business Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects.
- Clear understanding of cellular technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
- Experience in managing complex integrations and versions.
- Real experience in Matrix environment.
- Experience analysing, defining and translating business needs into requirements.
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized and ability to establish priorities and achieve results.
- Highly committed and accountable, independent and able to take initiative.
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to motivate colleagues & subcontractors. The candidate should be organized and strong in communicating plans, requirements, results and information.
- Wide system view with deep technical understating.
- Flexible work hours. Ability to travel abroad (10%-20%).
- Good team player that can work effectively with leadership peers across functions.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience in networking architecture.
- Experience in virtualisation environments.
- Experience in server/client architecture.
