Job Description
We are currently working with a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol that is looking for a Polish/Hungarian Speaking Monitoring officer. The right candidate will have experience in a similar position, will be fluent in one or both following languages and will be a dynamic personality that will add value to our client’s team- French/Hungarian.
- University Degree in Law or related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in a CIF will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of CySec directives and regulations
- Diligent, responsible and reliable person.
- CySec license will be an advantage.
- Fluent in either one or both of the following languages: Hungarian, French
Job Responsibilities
- Log issues identified in compliance monitoring reviews and agree actions to address these issues
- Periodic reviews on existing clients for ongoing monitoring purposes
- Ad hoc investigations of client communications in relation to client complaints or information requests
- Document quality assessment review findings
- Documentation filing and maintenance
- Experience will be consider as an advantage.
