Key responsibilities of the position:
· Providing back office services to the different departments in the organization
· Ensuring the accuracy of data regarding financial transactions
· Handling bonus requests
· Handling deposits and withdrawals
· Responsible for payments of suppliers
· Preparation of accounts statements
· Handling refunds
· Reconciliations
Job requirements and competencies:
· Must speak English fluently
· 1 year of experience in a back office or administrative position
· Bachelor’s degree with Financial background will be considered an advantage
· Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
· Proficient use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Ability to handle issues and information with discretion and confidentiality
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work independently
