Type of employment:  Full Time

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Key responsibilities of the position:

·         Optimize all aspects of the company’s affiliate program through established and new networks

·         Manage affiliate relations, communications and recruitments

·         Implement new initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI

·         Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates and ensure excellent service standards

·         Evaluate new affiliate proposals and negotiate until closing best contracts with them

·         Be in contact with affiliates and answering inquiries about company affiliate programs

·         Manage, monitor and analyze affiliates activities to improve and enhance sales and program efficiency

·         Provide solutions and assistance to affiliates and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues

Job Requirements and Competencies:

·         2 years’ experience in affiliation within the online financial services or any other relevant field

·         Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills

·         Must speak English fluently and be a native speaker of at least one other language

·         Knowledge in HasOffers

·         Excellent marketing skills

·         Strong personality and self-directed

·         Experience in Affiliate Network environments

·         Highly motivated and results oriented

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         The position offered involves Cyprus residence
