CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company located in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an experienced In-house Legal Advisor to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing commercial legal advice and support to various business units within the organization.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of legal instruments.
- Create and improve work procedures within the legal department.
- Working with the Chief Legal Officer drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements.
- Close cooperation with the Company’s various departments for various matters as the legal reference.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in the Law.
- A Member of the Cyprus Bar Association or any other International Legal Board.
- 4+ years of Commercial and transactional law experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- In-house experience from international companies will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player.
- Devoted, hard-working and organized.
