This position will include multitude of admin duties ranging from diary management, taking minutes and maintaining correspondence for the General Manager.

Responsibilities
- Organising paperwork and administrative tasks of the General Manager
- Organizing and scheduling General Manager meetings and appointments
- Composing correspondence, letters, memos
- Diary management
- General office administration tasks
- Providing any ad hoc office duty that might require by the General Manager
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role will be consider as advantage
- Native/Fluent in Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Computer literature
- Pleasure and positive attitude
- Holder of EU passport or the right to live & work in Cyprus.
