Fortune is a young and ambitious company working in the gambling sector. The holding group has been a leader the market since 1994.
We are currently expanding our operations in Cyprus, and have identified a need for a highly motivated IT professional to take charge of our internal office IT support needs.
This position will be based in Nicosia, and cover the support of 2 offices.
This role will be fairly autonomous, but with reporting into the central IT Division of the group.
Job Description
• Support local office infrastructure including:
◦ Network
◦ Windows machines
◦ Printers and copiers
• Be on hand to assist the team with IT issues
• Manage tickets and support requests
• Ensuring that the shared disk infrastructure is operating correctly
• Create and modify local users
• Monitoring office uptime
• English and Russian proficiency, not less than intermediate level
• IT Degree, BTEC National Certificate/Diploma for IT Practitioners, Microsoft Certification or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills with fault finding experience & knowledge
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Desktop O/S based environments
• Experience with monitoring, antivirus, anti-spam & security systems.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting windows infrastructure (Active directory).
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP (LAN/ WAN).
• Accounting Technologies i.e. Navision
• Support to key Business Systems
• Knowledge of Wireless Technologies
• Good understanding of networking
• Understanding of IP Telephony (Asterisk)
• Attention to detail
• Desire to learn
