Our Client is a newly established Forex company based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Sales to manage the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Managing the sales team
Implementing sales strategy
Identify business opportunities, potential clients and negotiate in order to create profitable account
Communicate on a daily basis with clients & potential clients to achieve or exceed monthly targets
Build relationships with existing clients and encourage new by providing excellent customer service
Be responsible for client's satisfaction, representing client needs and goals within the company to ensure high quality interaction
Organize and handle pre-sales objectives to enhance sales
Recognize AML and KYC procedures
Understand the trading market conditions on a daily basis in order to maximise all sales opportunities to achieve the highest deposit obtainable
Skills:
Proven successful experience as a Head of Sales in the Forex/ Binary Options sector
Fluent Speaker of English language
Computer literate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong personality, self-directed and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, creative and target-oriented
Ability to manage people
