Limassol
Our client is a Cysec Regulated Forex Company based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a Web Developer who will be responsible for developing web-based products and websites and working closely with the product managers and the marketing team to create internal and external applications.
Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Computer Science/Multimedia/Interactive Design or related field
Minimum 2+ years of solid working experience in web developer position
Front end expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax)
Good knowledge of LAMP Environments - (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP)
Working knowledge of querying databases using SQL.
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
Experience with version control systems (Git/SVN/Mercurial)
Strong ability to multi-task, context switch and work under pressure.
Experience with UX is a plus.
Experience/knowledge of security best practices is a plus.
Fluency in English Language.
Must be eligible to work in Cyprus
Responsibilities:
Work with other developers developing new Web applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications, perform complete testing and work closely with the QA department to deliver reliable services.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use
Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
Work closely with the Marketing/Design team to ensure swift and accurate delivery of products based on given requirements.
