CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly innovative and successful provider of complex technology solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst (Arabic-Speaking) for their team in Limassol.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the development and planning of the Product Roadmap.
- Identify new product and feature opportunities.
- Create and update product and technical documentation.
- Gather feedback from clients and produce specifications.
- Coordination with cross functional teams – including tech, commercial, marketing, finance.
- Able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally to understand their needs and translate these into specifications.
- Work with QA and development teams in an Agile environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or any other relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ of relevant experience is essential.
- Experience of working directly with development teams.
- A passion for user experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Be able to hold your own in technical conversations, working directly with development.
- A pro-active attitude and a passion for delivery.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Must have a keen interest in Financial Markets
- Customer focused, results driven and self-motivated.
