IT Support Technician you will be involved in the day to day technical support of all CAIT Ltd. users at both the 1st and 2nd support levels. Work will include service requests and incidents and a high level of customer contact, both face to face and via remote tools. Responsibilities will include the day to day professional running of the helpdesk, ensuring that the high standards of customer support are maintained.
- University Degree in Computer Science and/or other relevant experience
- Previous experience providing IT support
- Excellent knowledge Windows 7, 10, Windows Server 2012
- Experienced Office 365 administrator
- Network set up, management and troubleshooting experience, Switches, Routers, etc.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Powershell.
- Windows or other Microsoft certifications.
- Proven experience with Linux.
- Experienced in Active Directory user administration, OS imaging processes, ticketing, SW installation and imaging tools troubleshooting in the Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office suite, PC hardware, printers), network and local printer installation
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows Security (Share and NTFS permissions).
- Basic knowledge of Servers, Switches, Routers
- Assist with various IT projects
