CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Corporate Service Provider we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their expanding team of professionals in Nicosia.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Handle all legal documentation drafting including Contracts and issuing of legal opinions.
- Handle complex corporate transactions.
- Liaising with external Lawyers when required (mostly abroad).
- Offer Advice and legal representation.
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts, promissory notes, resolutions, etc.
- Handling the corporate matters with the agents and councils of the foreign companies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Must have practical knowledge of Cyprus companies Law.
- Experience with Registration and deregistration of pledge will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge on Cyprus Citizenship and working permit matters will be considered an advantage.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Experience in excess of 2 years as a lawyer with similar responsibilities.
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
- Computer literacy – MS Office.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- High professional standards and work ethics.
- Self-motivated with interest in continuing education and professional development.
