Job Description

The Display RTB Manager will be a part of TopFX marketing team and will lead the company's Display strategy and techniques providing daily optimization and strategy overall.

This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic and RTB, as well as of all aspects of digital marketing, in order to develop the strategy and effectively run day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, optimize, scale, and improve performance of targeted campaigns
  • Ensure RTB campaigns are meeting all critical objectives/goals
  • Work with team members to develop the strategy that meets Company’s goals
  • Manage relationships with Ad Networks and Publishers, RTB media delivery through direct ad exchange access from 3rd party platforms
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the marketing team and top executives
  • Work with all team functions - marketing, creative, product management to implement search engine optimization recommendations such as site audits to ensure compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years in a hands-on role managing programmatic campaigns and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic
  • At least 3-4 years of total marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the overall digital marketing ecosystem
  • Experience managing digital campaigns internationally - in targeting customers in specific international regions/countries
  • High attention to details, strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in Russian and English
