Main Responsibilities:
· Accomplishing Web project/Phone app objectives by establishing project scope; designing and delivering solutions; leading team members.
· Establishing Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices; developing and writing proposals.
· Searching for providers and creating new Business partnerships.
· Getting the website and phone app developed and building a team to support the product
· Creating sales and business development strategies.
· Driving traffic and attract new users to our website.
· Assuring that our website and phone app is market competitive through continuous Market Analysis and research.
· Accomplishing work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.

Essential Requirements & Person Specifications:
